Debris in/near harbor
Ocean waters muddy near shore; floating debris still a threat
to props and hulls. Slowing down increases one's ability to spot
trees and logs in the water and can reduce damage if a log or tree cannot be
avoided.

Dredging operations nearly complete

The dredge Ryan W has almost completed work.
Boaters should contact the dredge directly on
channel 16 for passing instructions.

Numerous changes to SF chart, relocating lights
and other nav aids. Also changes to Los Angeles,
Long Beach and San Diego charts
