Channel Islands Harbor
Buoys marking the shoal area near the south jetty have been installed.
Known locally as the Irving Johnson Memorial, these buoys also mark one
of the area's most popular surf spots.

Dredging complete
The dredge Ryan W is finished, but pipe, barges and other
equipment are in harbor, though out of channel.
