Hazard at Channel Islands Entrance 3/22
A large sailing vessel – the tall ship Irving Johnson - went aground late Monday afternoon just south of the south jetty at Channel Islands Harbor.
The harbor patrol reports no impediment to traffic at this time. Salvage operations later today may affect entrance and exit from Oxnard's Channel Islands Harbor.
